This project included 4- 2 storey commercial units with an underground carpark. The building was constructed using tilt-up concrete wall panels cast on the ground floor suspended concrete slab and erected using a large mobile crane. The external façade was constructed using a curtain wall system.
GFConsultants provided complete development and construction management services as well as the complete structural design including tilt-up wall panels. The client was provided with a very high quality building constructed for a very competitive price in a tight time frame.
