This high end rural estate included three buildings being the main home, guest house, garage with studio. The project was developed on a raw virgin site and required roads, dam, underground tanks and power to be constructed to service the home. The buildings were constructed with brick veneer walls, double glazed windows, suspended timber floors and timber framed roof supporting lightweight thin tiles.
GFConsultants provided complete development and construction management services as well as the complete structural design including tilt-up wall panels. The client was provided with a very high quality building constructed for a very competitive price in a tight time frame.
This multi-level residential development included 10 townhouses and 2 units. The construction used tilt-up concrete panels. The project was constructed using the suspended concrete slab to the townhouses as a casting and erection platform. GFConsulting was engaged as the structural consultant and also engaged to project manage the construction. The project was constructed within 24 weeks.
